I did not always know that my passion would one day be becoming a hairstylist. But somehow my grandmother did. She would always say no matter what career path I would throw at her “Nah, you’ll be a beautician, you’ll see.” And here I am. I knew the second I got my hands in hair that this was the career for me. When I officially stepped behind the chair in 2014, I knew one day I would want to open my own salon. In honor of my grandmother for being right all along, Salon Anne Rose is named after her.
My passion quickly evolved behind the chair and into creating a culture where both stylists and guests feel supported, elevated, and inspired. My role has shifted more heavily into leadership, growth, mentorship, and the overall vision behind the brand.
While I still spend limited days behind the chair, my focus today is centered on expanding the experience we’re known for, developing a strong team culture, and creating opportunities for the people who make this place so special. Watching the salon grow from a single idea into a thriving team and multi-location brand has been one of the greatest honors of my career, and I am incredibly excited for what’s ahead!

Hi everyone! My name is Sierra and I have been in the hair industry for 10+ years! Hair has always been a passion of mine.
I have extensive knowledge in Lived-In color, balayage, and short sassy hairstyles! I pride myself in building trustworthy relationships with my guests and appreciate how my work can completely change how people feel about themselves.
When I am not behind the chair, you can find me gardening and being outdoors, riding dirt bikes, and traveling!
