Our Associate Program

Every successful career begins with a strong foundation.

Our associate Program is designed for newly licensed stylist who are ready to build confidence through real salon experience. Rather than stepping behind the chair alone, associates spend their first 90 days working alongside an experienced stylist while also serving as an important member of our support team.

During this time, associates gain hands-on experience, learn the rhythm of a busy salon, strengthen their technical skills, and build confidence through real guest interactions. As they continue to grow, they are gradually introduced to taking clients of their own with guidance and encouragement of a senior stylist.

We believe learning doesn’t end after cosmetology school. By combining mentorship, education ,and real-world experience, our associate program helps new stylists transition into their careers with confidence, support, and a strong foundation for long-term success.
